Marty and Mary Jo are downsizing from their home in Chicago to a brand new three-bedroom condominium at Kelmscott Park. The couple is looking forward to exploring Lake Forest with their French bulldog and being within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Lake Michigan. They were drawn to Kelmscott Park because of its convenient downtown location and the ability to customize finishes, making their new place feel like home.
Construction on site continues to progress despite a rainy, then frozen, and then rainy again, February and March.
Progress is visible in Lake Forest as construction on the condominiums continue and the apartments near delivery.
